Complaints & Compliments Policy

We would ask that at first the Service User or their family speak to a member of the management team within the home, with any complaints, issues or compliment’s. We hope that any problems or issues can be resolved at this stage. If not then please speak to:
Mrs Chantel Pears, Manager or Mrs Rachel Ward, Nominated Individual / Company Director.
If the Service User or their representative wishes to speak to someone external to the home they can speak to their Social Worker or anyone at their local Social Services office at:
